ACOUSTIC THROWDOWN
The Wild Wing Cafe in Charleston, SC ran an exciting promotion recently called Acoustic Throwdown. The Acoustic Throwdown promotion sought out the best musicians in the Charleston area for a six week period. Contestants played on Thursdays at the Wild Wing Cafe, in hopes of winning the grand prize of a Limited Edition Yuengling Martin Guitar. Patrons who came out to these events enjoyed the music along with $2.50 Yuengling pints and bottles! By the end of August, 50 artists had competed and it was time to select a champion.
