Shortly after completing the article by F.F. Bruce on Herod Antipas I came across the above book of essays and Harold Hoehner's contribution caught my eye because of its subject. SCM Press have kindly granted me permission to reproduce the relevant chapter which cites Bruce's earlier work approvingly in footnote 27.
