Website For Soldiers To The Summit Film Launched

Last fall I wrote about the Soldiers To The Summit expedition that took place in the Himalaya and saw 11 wounded vets making their way up Kala Patar (18,512 feet/5642 meters) or make the more technically challenging 20,075-foot tall Labouch (20,075 feet/6118 meters).

The expedition was ultimately a big success, and Serac Adventure Films is in the process of producing a movie about the climb. That film will chronicle the impact that this adventue had on the lives of the men and women who made the journey up those mountains, which turned out to be as much of a spiritual and emotional journey as it was physical one.

The website for the film was recently launched and it provides more information about the soldiers who took part in the expedition as well as giving us a glimpse of what we can expect when the movie is eventually released. You can check out that website by clicking here and read the Soldiers to the Summit Blog here. Judging from the video below, I'd say that this looks like a fantastic film.
