Living without a car, Balish began to see how buying a car and owning a car are two different expenses. He was directed to http://www.edmunds.com, which calculates what's called the True Cost to Own (TCO) figure for specific years and makes of cars that takes into account depreciation, financing, insurance, taxes and fees, fuel, maintenance and repairs.
